Leica 35mm Summicron-M f/2.0 ASPH Review:

The 35mm lens is one of the most common focal lengths for Leica M shooters because the angle of view makes it very versatile and perfect to shoot a number of different subjects, such as, but not limited to environmental portraiture, street, landscape, and candid work.  Because this focal length is so popular, Leica currently makes three different 35mm lenses for the M system to suit a variety of needs, tastes, and budgets.  One of these lenses is the Leica 35mm Summicron-M f/2.0 ASPH, a lens whose lineage has reached legendary status, and considered by many as the quintessential lens for the M. Night Shooting in Queens:

I hang out with my best friend on Wednesdays, and we usually drive around the whole city stopping by various places to eat, hang out or explore places that we haven’t even seen yet.  Last night, we decided to stop by one of our favorite food vendors in Queens that we’ve actually been going to since college.  This guy has been around since before food vendors were hip ;).  All this guy serves is shish kabobs but they are so good! Fuji X-E1 IR Conversion:

This will be a quick post as I haven’t had much time to process the rest of my photos.  I just wanted to share with you all my first couple of pics from a Fuji X-E1 that has had IR conversion done to it.  I’m still getting the hang of it but it’s been a lot of fun using the IR converted X-E1.  I will probably write up a detailed user experience soon but for now, I’m just experimenting with it. FUJI XF 10-24MM f4: Shooting Architecture

Fuji’s X series lens lineup (including Zeiss’s three X mount lenses) is one of the primary reasons the system has been so well received by both professionals and informed enthusiasts.  Even their first-generation line-up of primes performs very well, especially with all of the firmware updates.
