Occupy Wall Street

Occupy Wall Street With My Leica M9:

I finally got a chance to walk down to Occupy Wall Street, and of course, I brought my Leica M9 with me.  It’s definitely busy down there, with both protesters and tourists everywhere.  There are so many people taking pictures down there.  Whether you agree or disagree with the cause, If you want to practice some street shooting in New York City, Occupy Wall Street is a great place to start.  There are a lot of protesters who don’t mind getting their pictures taken but just keep in mind that there are a few who don’t like it at all. I just wanted to let you all know that I haven’t had any issues with Leica’s most recent firmware update for the M9 and M9-P.  So far, I’ve tried my M9 with a 32gb Lexar Pro, an 8gb Sandisk Ultra, an 8gb Transcend, and a 16gb Sandisk Extreme card, and no problems. [continue reading…]

Can Your Leica M9 Handle The Brutal Cold?
