Billingham 72 Camera Bag Review

Billingham 72 Camera Bag Review:

Billingham have been manufacturing camera bags of the highest quality since 1973, and their range of bags have grown significantly since then allowing them to satisfy the demands of many photographers.  Recently, they’ve added to their portfolio of bags with the introduction of the Billingham 72.  The 72 is currently one of Billingham’s smallest bags, and it is designed for a rangefinder or a mirrorless body with a fixed prime.  Quite frankly, I’ve always felt that this is a bag that Billingham needed in their collection, especially with the popularity of mirrorless cameras these days.  The Billingham 72 really fits nicely between the Stowaway Series and Hadley Digital in my eyes, and I’ve been especially excited to try it.  Thanks to Billingham, I was able to get one in to review.  Here are my thoughts on it. Fujifilm X-E3 First Impressions With Sample Photos

Fujifilm X-E3 First Impressions With Sample Photos:

I’ve been a huge fan of the X-E series since the X-E1 was first released.  In fact, I had the X-Pro1 at the time, and I ended up trading it in for the X-E1.  I later upgraded to an X-E2 but ultimately, I left the X-E series for an X-T1 later on because it suited my needs better.  I now use an X-T2 as my primary Fuji body but don’t think for a second that I don’t have a soft spot for an X-E series camera.  So, when I heard the news about the Fuji X-E3, I knew I had to get my hands on one.  Here are my first impressions of it. Billingham 72 Camera Bag First Impressions

Billingham 72 Camera Bag First Impressions:

As some of you know, I am a huge fan of Billingham bags.  I’ve reviewed quite a lot of them, and I also own a few.  They are extremely well-made, offer some of the best protection that you can buy, and last forever.  But there’s been one size that I’ve always felt was missing from Billingham’s vast collection of bags.  They needed a bag that just fit the essentials like one mirrorless or rangefinder camera, one lens, and basic accessories.  They do have the Stowaway series but the bags in that series while good, don’t quite fit the same criteria.  Well, now we have the new Billingham 72, which fills this spot perfectly.  Let’s take a closer look at it.
