New Fujifilm Savings Limited Time Offer

New Fujifilm Savings Limited Time Offer:

For those interested, there are two current Fujifilm deals that are up for a limited time offer.  You can get the Fujifilm GFX 50R with an instant savings of $1,000 bringing the price down to $3,499.95.  You can also get the Fujifilm X-T3 for $300 less bringing its price down to $1,199.95.  The links are below:

Fuji X-T3 at B&H Photo

These are decent deals, and only for a limited time.  I’m not invested in the GFX system but at that price, even I am tempted :).  As for the X-T3, I still own mine, and it is still my current Fujifilm camera.  I love it.  I also reviewed it when it first came out.  You can read the review here.

    Hello Patrick,

Many thanks for this heads up info about current Fuji pricing discounts. If I could afford to do so, I would like to get the GFX-50R, & this discount is very tempting. I have a friend who is a professional fine art photographer, who following my urging her to do so, made the switch from a Sony Alpha A7S full frame to the GFX50R, & she absolutely loves it. She prints really large works & find the details much improved. Compared to full frame, I am happy with the Fuji APS-C, but their GFX sensors are very tempting.

      Hi Jed,

For that price, I’m tempted as well :). I hope you’re doing well, and enjoy the upcoming weekend!

    Patrick,

After writing my comments about the pricing for the GFX-50R, I checked out the B&H site to see about some of the lens offerings for this body. It quickly reminded me that these outstanding lenses being made by Fuji for use with the big 50/100 sensors are very expensive – not quite up to the Leica ranges for their exquisite glass, but significantly more than what I have paid for all of my X glass. Some $500 rebate offerings for the GFX glass would help a bit, so I am still giving it serious thought. If I could figure out a way to keep my Fuji X100V, but trade in my X-Pro3 & its lenses, then I would be very tempted.

      Hi Jed,

Of course, the decision is yours but maybe consider getting rid of the X100V. You’ll get better images from the GFX, and you can simplify your kit in the process. As for the GFX glass, it is more expensive but think about it this way; we replace camera bodies but we never really have to replace good lenses as often :). I hope you’re doing well, and thanks for stopping by!

      Best,

      Patrick
