The M11-P has a few new features one being the first camera to integrate content authentication according to the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) and the C2PA standard.  As for the new lens, I am not a huge fan of the 28mm focal length but with that said, the new Summicron-M 28mm ASPH looks really nice.  I love the size, and the built-in retractable lens hood.  Anyway, some specs for both the M11-P and the Summicron-M 28mm ASPH are below:

Leica M11-P Specs:

  • Classic brass top plate.
  • Leica Content Credentials Technology.
  • No front logo.
  • 60MP full-frame BSI CMOS sensor.
  • ISO 64-50000, up to 4.5-fps shooting.
  • 2.95″ touchscreen display with sapphire glass cover.
  • Internal 256GB memory and SD UHS-II slot.
  • Optical 0.73x-magnification viewfinder.
  • Electronic shutter, multi-field metering.
  • Wi-Fi & USB Type-C, dedicated FOTOS app.

Summicron-M 28mm f2 ASPH Specs:

  • Maximum magnification ratio of 1:11.3.  Minimum focus distance of 1.3′.
  • 46mm-diameter filter thread.
  • Built-in retractable lens hood.
  • 10 diaphragm blades for smooth bokeh.
