This is actually quite amazing for Leica considering how long things have been out of stock.  Amazon even had a 50 Summilux ASPH in stock, which was so surprising considering the usual massive waiting list for that lens.  But don’t bother looking for it anymore.  It was sold within minutes.

I’m just waiting for my X-Pro1, which should be coming out this week…at least from what I heard.  I love my M9 but I think this camera would be great as a second body.  Plus, I got it because my girlfriend wants to learn photography, and she’s been using my M9.  The X-Pro1 should be a bit more user friendly (more auto features).  I ordered all three lenses with Fuji but if only one comes, i really hope the 35 F1.4 (53mm equivalent) comes first.  I love my 50 Summilux ASPH, and I’m a 50mm guy so I’m eager to see how the Fuji one shoots.  As soon as I get it, I will post from it so please stay tuned.  Thanks for stopping by.
