Visiting Mystic Seaport Museum with the Fujifilm X-T3:

My apologies everyone for not posting new content in a very long time.  I don’t plan on making a lack of new posts a habit; in fact, I’ve actually been reviewing a lot of stuff, and I’ll be posting them up very soon.  I’ve also been doing a lot of portrait and boudoir work lately, and I’ve been swamped with edits that I had to finish.  I will post some of that work as well, and include them in my reviews.  Anyway, I did go to Mystic Seaport Museum for a couple of days last month, and I thought I’d start out posting some stuff from my trip. Leica M10 Photos: Back From Tokyo Japan

I’m back from Tokyo, and I have to say, it really didn’t feel like a long vacation but then again, what vacation ever feels long enough, right ;)?  I definitely miss it already; it’s a place I’ve been to many times before yet I still can’t get enough of it.  I love the sounds, the smells, the sites, the culture, and also the food, of course :).  Anyway, as some of you know, I brought the Leica M10, and the new Billingham Hadley Small Pro with me to test this time.  Expect reviews (my first impressions of the Hadley Small Pro is here) of both but for now, I thought I’d post a few pics from my trip.  These are definitely not all my photos that I took.  They’re just the ones I managed to do while drifting in and out of consciousness lol.  I’ve been experiencing a bad case of jet lag, which was never an issue for me in the past.  The bulk of my photos will be in my M10 review. Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome With The Leica SL:

Living in New York City definitely has it’s great moments but like any other place, it can get a little old sometimes.  So, seeing as the weather was really nice last weekend, I decided to take a short road trip to the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome.  It’s in Upstate New York…in Dutchess County.  This time around, I brought my Leica SL with me, which I’ve been dying to use for quite a while.  I’ve just been so busy these past couple of months that I haven’t had much time to take it out. Photos From Tokyo With The Leica M Typ 240:

These are not new photos from Tokyo, Japan.  I’ve been getting over a nasty cold, so I’ve been home the past few days.  While surfing the internet, I ended up reading up on Capture One 10, and I decided to download it to give it a try.  I started with post-processing photos that I took a while ago when I visited Tokyo with my Leica M 240. Portraits in the Woods With The Fuji XF 56mm f1.2 APD:

Ever since I’ve been back from London, I’ve felt like I needed a change of scenery, which is kind of strange because technically, London was a change of scenery :).  So, I took a day trip to Upstate New York to visit a friend yesterday.  I brought a lot of gear that I’m currently reviewing but seeing as I pre-ordered the Fuji X-T2, and it’ll probably be coming soon, I thought I’d get a few shots in with my X-T1 before I trade it in.  I have to say, I really enjoyed using my X-T1 over the time that I owned it, and I almost don’t want to part with it but at the same time, a lot of the new features in the X-T2 are very appealing to me.  For instance, I love the new three-direction tilting screen, and I’m sure the dual card slots will come in handy.
